The team at Harrison's were a pleasure to deal with, from the get-go at the initial measure through to installation, their communication and workmanship was stellar, with competitive pricing too! We had to bump our installation date out which wasn't a problem at all. I highly recommend them for any flooring needs and will certainly be back in touch when we have another project needing their help :)

Victoria was very knowledgable about all the different products. She really assisted me with what I wanted to meet my needs and didn't try to get me to buy a more expensive carpet which is often the case.
Communication was excellent. Everything happened when she said it would and the carpet was really well laid and looks amazing.

We used Harrisons for both our carpet and vinyl flooring for the whole house after being recommended them. It was a pleasure dealing with Victoria throughout the whole process, she turned up when she said she would, she was informative and had really good product knowledge. She explained the whole process and what prep work we needed to do so we knew what to expect and there were no unwanted surprises. Everything ran really smoothly and we love our new carpet and flooring

We couldn’t be more delighted with our new carpet and the installers. Darryn and Lance were awesome and a real delight to have in the house. They worked like absolute legends and the quality of work is 100%. I was expecting that the skirting boards might get a couple of knocks/marks in some places…but not a mark anywhere! They are a real asset for the Harrisons team.

Victoria was so helpful and listened to our needs and helped to choose the perfect carpet for us. I felt she really wanted the best for us as a customer and we weren’t just “another sale prospect”! I am so pleased she suggested going to a thicker underlay (was never pushy about it tho) as we are just loving the softness.

Harrisons Carpet and Flooring are Top Rate. From the first phone call to the final fitting of carpet/flooring we felt valued and listened to.
