Had a few issues with my carpet Harrison’s replaced the entire house lot no charge. They have been amazing! I was blown away how tidy everything was left and how great it looks! We tried an online booking which didnt go as well as we had hoped, but Leon Inder made time for us and was extremely helpful, obviously experienced and came up with a carpet solution that fitted the rooms and for a reasonable cost. The young men that did the fitting were respectful, helpful and professional. They did a great job and the rooms look great. We chose Invincible-Classic 941 Hokitika, it is warm and soft with a good guarantee. I would happily recommend Harrisons Carpets Whangarei and their team

Our carpet was layed about 6 months ago and it was obvious that we needed 3 extra edging strips which were not in original quote. We had to wait but the job completed recently at no extra cost. Very happy with job. Great carpet layers. Polite and cleaned up after job and great customer service from Lucy. Recommended.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE from Chris and his van with samples and giving me a quote on the spot (something Carpet Court took more than a week to do), Lucy in admin with her prompt responses to my emails and the guys installing the carpet, friendly, helpful and respectful. I love my carpet, it is everything Chris said it would be!!! Harrison's price was better than Carpet Court and they could install it about 6 weeks earlier than Carpet Court as well. I have already recommended Harrison's to friends. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!

From beginning to end, the whole of my experience was really good with Harrisons carpet. Lucy on the phone was always friendly and helpful through out the process. The quote was very quickly given to us and the laying of the carpet was delayed enough for us to empty out the several cabinets and bookcases we had. The guys who came to lay the carpet were friendly and helpful too and hen we had a couple of small problems, Lucy was quick to get a layer back and he was just as friendly to fix things. I can't praise Harrisons enough and would certainly recommend them over any of the other carpet retailers in town and we DID call them all !! Having previously used another who we would NOT use again. Thanks again Harrisons for a brilliant experience.

Very quick and friendly service. Chris came to show some samples and matched them to what was already existing in the house. The installers came on time and got into work straight away. They did an excellent job throughout the house. Would use them again.
