From the first time I met up with Sarah, the whole journey of trying to find carpet to suit our decor was effortless. Sarah arrived in her van with heaps of samples & it became very clear that Sarah new what she was talking about & the advice she gave us. After that consultation we decided to go with Harrison's. The carpet arrived with the installers who were absolutely great guys & very professional. The install team led by Bevan, started at 9am & finished at 4pm laying 55 liner meters of carpet. They vacuumed after the lay. They also removed the large items of furniture & placed back virtually in the same spot as well as taking the old carpet away. We also ordered garage carpet. The team led by Colin were also very professional. Overall, we are very impressed by the team & would recommend Sarah - Harrisons to family & friends.

We have just had the house re- carpeted with Harrisons, including vinyl for our kitchen. From start to finish their service was seamless and professional. Their contracted installers were friendly did a great job. We are pleased to recommend the whole team.

Carpet and flooring is not something you buy everyday and with so many choices available Sarah's guidance was invaluable. Bret, Patrick and Matt made, what was for us a potentially anxious time in having strangers coming in and having the run of our home, into a delightful experience. We were immediately put at ease by their courteous and friendly manner, advice on a technical issue, and their willingness to assist us with some of the challenging prep work that we should have attended to, all of which resulted in us leaving the house soon after feeling relaxed and confident the place was in good hands. And so it turned out to be. We are absolutely delighted with the end result. Your own help and advice in us deciding on the product selection, the price point for your overall services and the finished standard of workmanship makes us very happy people indeed.
