Jeff has owned and operated Harrisons Carpet since 2006.
Looking after the Hastings, Havelock North, Waipawa, Otane, Waipukurau, and down to the south end of the Takapau plains and out to Porangahau. A large area to cover, and Jeff enjoys the balance of town to country work.
Originally from Matawai, back of Gisborne, Jeff has spent most of his working life on the East Coast of the North Island from Wairoa to Wairarapa.
Jeff enjoys the business's selling and customer service side and has Pam (Office Boss) to organise his day and look after the finer details daily. Customer service and excellence of installers are their primary focus. Their installers have been selected for their integrity, honesty, cleanliness, and above all else, they install to the highest standard. Jeff is very proud to have them as part of the team. The daily feedback they get from clients on the work is very pleasing.

I was looking to have some carpet laid. A lady came into the shop and was saying she was having carpet laid at that moment by Harrisons. Mentioned that she had had excellent service. I phoned Jeff Burson and he was at the house the next day. I was impressed with the way we (my husband and I) were treated. He was just so helpful and let us take our time (in other words dither around) but he did not hurry us at all. Everything was signed and we knew that the carpet would go down on the 4th of May. The men came and lay the carpet on the 4th of may. Well I was just blown away with the way these men got on and did their job. I was even asked if all the furniture was in the right place because they would put them in the correct place for us. I am thrilled with the carpet, the laying, the finish and the service. I have never had such service. I felt I should let you know that just how good Geoff and his team are. I will be telling everyone I know who is getting carpet to go to Harrison Carpet.
